Singapore ("the App"), operated by Withcenter, Inc., respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information from social login (Apple, Google, Kakao): email, nickname, and profile photo.
• Chat content you create: 1:1, group, and open chat messages.
• Device information: push notification (FCM) token.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the chat service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send push notifications for messages.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the App (e.g., Firebase, our chat server) and when required by law.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. When deleted, your account and all of your chats are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. See Account Deletion.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Authentication is handled via Firebase.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
